Outstanding local providers have been recognised for their contribution to community health at the 2025 Scenic Rim Business Excellence Awards, held at the Boonah Cultural Centre. More than 220 guests gathered for an evening that showcased the very best the region has to offer.
The Excellence in Health and Wellbeing category highlighted organisations making a real difference to residents’ physical and mental health across the region.
Tamborine Mountain Psychology was named the category winner, recognised for its personalised and evidence-based psychological support for individuals, families and community groups. The family-run practice has built a strong reputation for accessible mental health care in the Scenic Rim.
Highly commended honours went to Boonah Health Hub, a growing centre offering a combination of fitness services and allied health support, helping locals improve both physical wellbeing and overall lifestyle.
The awards, hosted by Scenic Rim Regional Council, celebrated more than 60 nominees and showcased the strength of local businesses contributing to community wellbeing.
With increasing focus on both mental and physical health, these award-winning services highlight the importance of accessible, local support, ensuring Scenic Rim residents can stay healthy, active and connected close to home.
