Police are investigating a wounding incident after a man was allegedly stabbed at Holland Park on Saturday evening.
Emergency services were called to Cradock Street around 6.20pm on May 23 following reports that a man had suffered stab wounds during an altercation.
When officers arrived, they located a 26-year-old man with injuries to his arm. Police said the injuries were not considered life-threatening. The man was treated at the scene before being transported to hospital for further medical care.
Initial inquiries indicate the people involved are known to each other, and police have confirmed there is no ongoing threat to the wider public.
Investigators are now working to piece together the events leading up to the alleged stabbing and are appealing for assistance from the community.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have CCTV, mobile phone or dashcam footage from the area at the time is urged to contact police.
