Businesses urged to join Logan Jobs Expo

Trades, construction and manufacturing businesses are being invited to connect with local jobseekers at the Logan Jobs Expo 2026.

The free event will bring employers, training providers and industry organisations together with people looking for work, helping businesses attract skilled workers and address workforce shortages across the region.

Held as part of the Mayor’s Local Jobs and Skills Taskforce, the expo will showcase employment, training and career opportunities in some of Logan’s fastest-growing industries.

Logan City Council’s Logan Office of Economic Development is presenting the event with support from Workforce Australia.

Businesses and organisations operating within the trades and construction sectors are eligible to register for a free exhibitor stand. Both indoor and outdoor display spaces will be available, although places are limited.

The expo will run from 9am to 1pm on Tuesday, September 8, providing employers with an opportunity to promote their businesses, meet potential employees and highlight available career pathways.

For jobseekers, the event will provide a chance to speak directly with local employers and learn more about opportunities across the trades, construction and manufacturing sectors.

The initiative comes as Logan continues to experience significant growth, creating demand for skilled workers across a range of industries.

Businesses interested in participating are encouraged to register early due to limited exhibitor spaces.
